The madness of medical advice about food

Do you remember "Only one egg per week"? Until two years ago, eating more than one egg a week brought you quickly to the cemetery. Now eating eggs every day is "a healthy option".

Do you remember "Drink two liters of water a day"? Now they discourage forcing the intake of water, and recommend drinking depending on how thirsty you feel.

These are only two examples, but the list is literally infinite. Every ten years, what was good is now bad. And what was bad, maybe it's not anymore.

The narrow-mindedness of scientists is proverbial. Bent over that small molecule, they are unable to raise their gaze to the entire organism. This miserable datum about that leaf of the tree does not let them see the immense wisdom of the forest.

The number of "medical recommendations" that are harmful to health would occupy several volumes. In fact, you just have to read the History of Medicine. Doctors have caused (and continue to cause) millions of deaths.

And the calories? The term calorie refers to the caloric, a theory that was found to be false in the mid-nineteenth century. Do you know why it is still being used? Because it provides immense economic benefits to the food industry, in the following way: you get fat with foods that have "many calories", so you have to buy "low calorie" foods.

And the proteins? There are still thousands of "scientists" who believe that the human organism is carnivorous, when the shallowest examination of a human body on a dissection table reveals a purely frugivorous anatomy.

The food deviation is so monstrous and at the same time is so normalized that doctors are not aware of the damage it causes. That's why, when you go to the doctor, he gives you molecules packed by a pharmaceutical company. He doesn't even know that your illness could improve simply by eating fruits and vegetables.

But that's a doctor: a person hunched over a molecule, and who is unable to look at the human being in front of him.
